The name does not lie, they make wrap sandwiches that are really tasty. If you like wrap sandwiches check this place out.

If the line is too long at Chipotle, chances are the line at Great Wraps won't be. Granted that says something in its own right. This place is not thrilling. But, my chipotle wrap here was adequate. The service was nice to me. It's not a bad alternative. It's just not great.

I really like the samples they hand out of the Santa Fe chicken wrap. I ordered one and was disappointed. Ingredients were fresh enough but they forgot to add ingredients and the chicken was gristly. Also worth mentioning the guys who used to work here were great but it appears as if they're gone and a new batch of employees are now working here. These newbies are slow, clueless, and at times rude. They have forgotten to include items, have had to ask what I want in my wrap (it says what's in each one on their menu board), and often are chatting and not paying attention.
So the wrap was good. But the fries were a huge disappointment. I wasn't expecting shoestring thin curly fries by looking at the picture of plump curly fries. I felt so deceived. And the cheese was just thrown in a clump on 1/3 of the fries. Then to top it off they told me they ran out of straws but I could get one from Subway... Really?? The young lady at the register was very apologetic which I couldn't be angry with her (I still had my mouth hanging open looking at my fries in disbelief as I glanced up at the pic and back at the mess in the styrofoam container) but when I went to Subway, they didn't know about this "back alley deal" Great Wraps made without their knowledge for their straws. They lost stars for those sad ass fries and because they sent me hustling another store for a straw.

I have to make a second update to my review simply to express how far downhill this place has gone in terms of service. I planned on giving them another shot today for lunch even after a couple bad prior experiences but quickly changed my mind after being blatantly ignored by the employee who was on her cell phone and talking to her coworkers. I say blatant because she looked up twice and made eye contact with me without breaking her concentration of doing nothing work related. Sorry to say but the "great" in great wraps certainly does not apply to customer service.

I was looking for something different and decided to try Great Wraps at the KOP Mall. The sample they offered was santa fe chicken and I was overwhelmed with how delicious it was!!! I ordered the falafel hummus on a spinach wrap. Incredible flavor and I will be back soon!!!
